Role Overview

high-energy, highly dependable GTM Support Executive


hands-on, execution-focused role

What You Will Do

GTM & Sales Support
  • Build and maintain

    lists of target companies and contacts

  • Identify and validate

    email addresses and decision-makers

  • Support outbound and inbound GTM efforts with backend preparation
  • Help sales teams with

    account research and meeting prep

  • Keep CRM and lead data clean and updated


Research 
  • Conduct

    basic research

    on companies, industries, competitors, and regulations
  • Support proposals, pitches, and GTM initiatives with research inputs
  • Compile information into clean, usable internal documents
Content & Enablement Support
  • Create and update

    content

    (presentations, one-pagers, trackers, internal docs)
  • Support case studies, credentials decks, and sales collateral
  • Organise shared folders, documents, and internal knowledge resources


Analytics & Reporting
  • Track basic GTM and sales metrics (leads, outreach, follow-ups)
  • Support simple reporting and dashboards
  • Help identify gaps or follow-ups needed for sales execution


General Support
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to GTM and sales teams
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks required to move deals and GTM efforts forward
  • Be reliable, responsive, and proactive in supporting the team

  • Good written communication and basic computer skills

    • Familiarity with spreadsheets, presentations, or CRMs
    • Interest in sustainability, climate, or technology (not mandatory)
