Role: Founder’s Office – Product Generalist

Product execution

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the founder to shape product priorities and roadmap
• Translate user feedback into clear problem statements and actionable product ideas
• Drive execution by coordinating with design, engineering, and QA
• Own internal product documentation, specs, and user flows
• Benchmark competitors and track feature usage to inform product decisions
• Jump into anything that moves the needle — from Figma wireframes to sprint testing
• Be a thought partner on product strategy, and a relentless doer on execution
  

You’re a Fit If You

• Are deeply curious about how products get built and adopted
• Think in systems but act with speed and clarity
• Can take ambiguous ideas and turn them into structured tasks and outcomes
• Are a great communicator who can work cross-functionally with tech, design, and leadership
• Have a bias for action and figure things out without waiting for perfect specs
• Are energized by working closely with the founder in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment
  

Experience (What Matters to Us)

• You’ve worked on product or operations in a high-speed, iterative setting — whether at a startup, through a side project, or something you built yourself
• Comfortable working without a lot of structure, and can adapt quickly as things change
• Bonus: familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, Jira, Mixpanel — but not a must
• We don’t care about your degree or pedigree — we care if you can think clearly, move fast, and make things happen
