Role: Founder’s Office – GTM Generalist

Go-to-Market (GTM)

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the founder to drive high-priority GTM initiatives
• Take ownership of customer-facing efforts — from outreach to onboarding to feedback loops
• Build and iterate on sales collateral, decks, one-pagers, and case studies
• Help craft and refine our messaging, value proposition, and GTM positioning
• Dive into customer segments, define target lists, and execute outreach campaigns
• Jump into anything that moves the needle — whether it's writing a cold email or planning an event
• Be a thought partner on strategy, and a relentless doer on execution

• Enjoy being customer-facing and know how to get people excited about a product
• Think clearly, communicate simply, and adapt quickly
• Have a bias for action and figure things out without waiting for instructions
• Are energized by working closely with the founder in a fast-moving, zero-to-one environment
  

Experience (What Matters to Us)

• You’ve led or meaningfully contributed to fast-moving, customer-facing projects — whether at a startup, your own side hustle, or something scrappy you built
• Comfortable with ambiguity, context-switching, and figuring things out with limited structure
• Bonus: exposure to sales, GTM campaigns, customer discovery, or partnerships — but not a dealbreaker
• We don’t care about your degree or pedigree — we care if you can think clearly, move fast, and make things happen
