Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Specialist located in Kochi (occasionally Bangalore). The Growth Specialist will be responsible for implementing growth strategies, conducting data analysis, and driving sales. Daily tasks will include project management & coordinating with agencies and other stakeholders for performance marketing and brand visibility, identifying market opportunities, and working closely with the sales team to meet targets. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and execute growth hacking initiatives.
