The role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities 1. Order & Inventory Tracking Monitor the flow of goods across procurement, production, packing, and dispatch stages Update and maintain accurate records in Excel/Google Sheets for all stock movements Follow up with internal teams and vendors to resolve delays or missing items 2. Vendor & Logistics Coordination Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, transporters, and delivery partners to execute daily dispatches Ensure all dispatch documentation (labels, invoices, tracking details) is complete and accurate Handle operational escalations, such as delayed pickups or packaging mismatches 3. Operational Oversight Supervise day-to-day logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient execution Conduct quality checks on dispatch readiness, packaging, and shipment compliance Provide on-ground support in addressing bottlenecks in supply movement 4.
