Role Description

We are seeking a Growth Specialist to lead Farmkin’s marketing and e-commerce functions. This role will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution across digital and offline growth channels. From shaping impactful campaigns to driving online sales and managing our e-commerce platforms, you will play a critical role in scaling Farmkin into a household name.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate brand & marketing strategies to boost sales & brand visibility.
• Manage Farmkin’s presence on e-commerce & q-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.).
• Overlook campaigns across digital & offline channels, driving measurable growth.
• Analyze market trends & consumer insights to refine plans.
• Collaborate with teams and create new partnerships to deliver results.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing/e-commerce.
• Knowledge of digital ads, SEO/SEM, and online sales platforms.
• Creative, data-driven & hungry professional with leadership skills.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setup.
