You'll own end-to-end growth strategies, scaling paid campaigns profitably while optimizing CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention. If you thrive on data, rapid experimentation, and driving explosive growth — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Develop & execute high-impact growth strategies across Meta/Google. Drive business growth strategies, product-level strategies, and retention marketing. Optimize KPIs—CAC, LTV, ROAS, and repeat rates—through relentless testing and scaling. Scale paid acquisition profitably. Maximize customer lifetime value. Must-Have Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for D2C/e-commerce brands.
