Role Overview

This is a high-ownership, revenue-critical outbound sales role with strict daily cold calling and sales targets.

The role is primarily focused on cold calling and outbound client acquisition. You will be responsible for selling advanced, AI-enabled website projects and, based on performance, progressively transition into selling strategic advisory and integrated growth services.

This position is designed for serious B2B sales professionals and high performers.

Primary Sales Channel (Mandatory)

  • Cold calling is the core and mandatory sales channel
  • High-volume outbound calling on a daily basis
  • Daily call and closure targets are non-negotiable
  • Strong objection handling and follow-up discipline required
  • Full ownership from cold call → qualification → closure

  • Achieve strict daily cold calling and sales targets
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from cold call to closure
  • Close mid to high-ticket website projects consistently

Consultative Selling

  • Identify client pain points during outbound conversations
  • Explain AI-powered website solutions clearly and confidently
  • Position IPDM offerings as ROI-driven growth platforms
  • Close deals with founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers

Pipeline & Performance Discipline

  • Maintain accurate CRM updates
  • Follow structured follow-up cadence
  • Track call volume, conversions, and closures daily
  • Report numbers with complete transparency

Growth into Strategic Sales

  • High performers will progress into:
  • AI retainers and automation sales
  • Integrated growth and marketing solutions
  • Strategic advisory engagements
  • Larger and global client accounts

Targets & Accountability

  • Daily cold calling targets are mandatory
  • Daily sales targets are non-negotiable
  • Performance is measured on:

This is a pure performance-driven role.

Education & Qualification (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Engineering, or related fields is preferred
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification is a strong advantage
  • Candidates with exceptional B2B sales performance will be considered regardless of formal education

(At IPDM, proven results matter more than degrees.)

Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience

  • 2–8+ years of outbound / cold calling B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record in selling:
  • Website development projects
  • IT services / SaaS / AI solutions
  • Digital or technology-led services

Skills & Traits

  • Strong cold calling and objection-handling skills
  • Confident communicator with senior decision-makers
  • Comfortable selling ₹1L – ₹10L+ ticket sizes
  • High ownership, resilience, and execution discipline
  • Thrives under aggressive daily targets

Compensation & IncentivesFixed Salary (Above Market)

  • ₹4,50,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum, based on experience and performance

Variable Pay & Commissions (Uncapped)

  • Uncapped commissions on every closed deal
  • Higher commissions for:
  • AI-enabled websites
  • Custom GPT integrations
  • PWA and automation-heavy projects
  • Accelerated incentives for overachievement

Typical Monthly Earnings

  • Average performers: ₹70,000 – ₹1,20,000
  • Strong performers: ₹1,50,000 – ₹2,50,000+
  • Top performers: ₹3,00,000+ per month (no upper limit)
