Role Overview

Key Responsibilities


Performance Marketing

  • Strategize, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across

    Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliate platforms

    .
  • Own performance metrics —

    CAC, ROAS, CTR, LTV, and full-funnel conversions

    .
  • Lead creative testing frameworks to discover what truly drives engagement and sales.
  • Build insightful dashboards and performance reports that inform decisions, not just data dumps.

WhatsApp Commerce & CRM

  • Build and scale

    WhatsApp Commerce

    — from catalog setups to automated journeys.
  • Design CRM flows for

    retargeting, cart recovery, drop alerts, and personalized offers

    .
  • Collaborate with tech and agency partners to ensure seamless tracking and ROI measurement.

Growth Experiments

  • Conceptualize and run weekly/monthly

    growth tests

    — landing pages, CTAs, popups, and new ad formats.
  • Explore and test

    new performance channels

    — YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, influencer collabs.
  • Partner with

    offline and events teams

    to convert on-ground visibility into online sales.

Attribution & Funnel Strategy

  • Own

    analytics, UTM structures, and journey mapping

    for a clear view of performance across touchpoints.
  • Support attribution modelling across

    organic, paid, and social commerce

    funnels.


What You’ll Bring

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in

    performance marketing or growth

    at a D2C brand, agency, or marketplace.
  • Deep expertise in

    Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Shopify (or similar platforms)

    .
  • Familiarity with

    WhatsApp CRM tools

    like Interakt, BIK.ai, or LimeChat.
  • A creative mindset — someone who can see both the

    art and the analytics

    .
  • Proficiency in building data dashboards (Looker, Data Studio, or similar).


Preferred if you have

  • Experience designing

    high-intent sales funnels

    through WhatsApp or influencer-led commerce.
  • Understanding of

    content-to-commerce loops

    — reels, stories, and ads that drive real conversions.
  • Experience managing

    affiliate or influencer performance programs

    .
