Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Strategist located in Delhi, India.
  • Develop and refine brand positioning, value proposition, and storytelling.
  • Define and maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to guide strategy.
  • Create and enforce brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Track brand health metrics (awareness, sentiment, loyalty) and provide insights.
  • Build and manage content frameworks aligned with brand objectives.
  • Plan editorial calendars for social, website, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative and performance teams to deliver brand-aligned content.
  • Optimize content for engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze performance data and refine content approach accordingly.



Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer psychology, and storytelling.
  • Experience in planning and executing content strategies across digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to analyze data/insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media trends, and content performance metrics.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across creative, design, and marketing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
