Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing (Google & LinkedIn Ads + Remarketing)

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns for lead generation.
• Manage remarketing campaigns across channels.
• Create and test

  anding pages optimized for conversions.
• Ensure accurate tracking setup (UTMs, pixels, events).

Marketing Automation (HubSpot AI-driven Nurture & Prospecting)

• Design and manage re-prospecting and nurturing campaigns in HubSpot.
• Use AI-driven workflows for automated prospecting, demo recovery, and intent-based outreach.
• Build lead scoring and intent models for better qualification.
• Align automation flows with sales handover to ensure higher MQL SQL conversion.

Analytics & Reporting (GA4, HubSpot, Dashboards)

• Own end-to-end marketing attribution (campaign nurture revenue).
• Set up and maintain GA4 + HubSpot dashboards for real-time visibility.
• Deliver monthly executive summaries with insights and recommendations.
• Run experiments & A/B tests to continuously optimize results.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in

  B2B SaaS demand generation

  (must-have).
• 2 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing, automation, and analytics.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, GA4, AI Automation.
• Strong knowledge of lead scoring, funnels, and pipeline metrics.
• Believer in AI tools and agents for marketing automation, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
• ROI Driven, ICP Focused, with a track record of generating measurable business impact
