The Opportunity

We are hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own and execute our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Sales and requires strong execution depth in B2B demand generation and technical SaaS marketing. You will be directly responsible for driving qualified pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just top-of-funnel metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
  • Own and scale Google Ads / PPC campaigns focused on high-intent, bottom-of-funnel keywords
  • Optimize for Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL) and pipeline contribution
  • Drive CRO initiatives including landing pages, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
  • Distribute gated content via LinkedIn, paid channels, and technical communities
Technical Content, SEO & Website Ownership
  • Own the technical content strategy and editorial calendar
  • Translate complex product features into clear business value messaging in collaboration with Product and Engineering
  • Execute SEO strategy including technical SEO, high-intent keyword targeting, and internal linking
Own and manage the corporate website; hands-on WordPress experience is a strong plus
Sales Enablement & GTM Operations
  • Own GTM execution across marketing, sales, and product teams
  • Build and maintain sales collateral including positioning decks, competitive battlecards, and messaging frameworks
  • Ensure MarTech stack alignment across CRM, marketing automation, lead scoring, and lead handoff processes

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of marketing experience with strong B2B SaaS exposure
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation, pipeline, and revenue growth
  • Ability to communicate complex technical products (AI, DevTools, QA, DevOps) to technical and business buyers
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads / PPC, Go-To-Market execution, and SEO-driven demand generation

Highly Desired Skills

  • Hands-on WordPress experience
  • Experience marketing Developer Tools or AI platforms
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS metrics including CAC, LTV, SQLs, and pipeline velocity
