Growth Manager - Campus Channels

Key Responsibilities Strategically grow our footprint across college campuses by building strong relationships with faculty, TPOs, and academic leaders Drive end-to-end student acquisition through campus-based outreach, workshops, webinars, and direct engagement Identify and activate new growth levers within partner colleges (e.g., MoUs, events, credit-based offerings) Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute customized outreach campaigns for each institution Monitor performance metrics (leads, conversions, engagement) and take data-driven actions to improve outcomes Represent the organization in campus immersion programs , orientations, and placement sessions Ensure smooth coordination across admissions, tech, and student experience teams to deliver partner success Serve as the voice of the partner internally—bringing actionable insights from the ground to influence GTM and operations What We're Looking For 3–6 years of experience in business development, growth, partnerships, or B2B2C models Experience working with colleges, universities, or institutional partners is a strong advantage Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scale and impact Comfortable with travel and field engagement when needed Hands-on experience with CRM tools, data dashboards, and reporting Good to Have Prior experience in edtech, skilling, test prep, or higher education outreach Familiarity with student lifecycle management and campus operations Regional language proficiency based on target geographies Show more Show less
