Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the end-to-end sales cycle for our IT solutions targeted at educational institutions. This role requires strong domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively demonstrate the value of our products to academic stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Lead ConversionConduct technical product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of schools, colleges, and training institutes.Effectively articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to academic decision-makers.Address complex queries by leveraging domain knowledge to align solutions with pedagogical and administrative requirements.Build, manage, and nurture relationships with potential clients, ensuring consistent follow-ups and long-term conversion.Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.2. Reporting and DocumentationAccurately document all sales activities, client communications, product requirements, and feedback in the CRM system.Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met during onboarding and post-sales support.Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech, IT solutions, or SaaS sector with minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining detailed records.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
