Growth Lead

As a Growth Lead at Affogato, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the next chapter of our journey. We are a company driven by a mission to revolutionize content creation through the power of AI. In this dynamic, full-stack growth role, you will be at the forefront of driving growth initiatives by leveraging data insights, unleashing your creativity, and demonstrating a strong work ethic. Your responsibilities will include owning and expanding growth experiments across various channels, fostering partnerships and collaborations with influencers to reach new audiences, analyzing key metrics related to product usage, revenue, and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities, devising and executing content marketing strategies, exploring and testing novel distribution tactics such as SEO, social media, email, and community engagement, and collaborating cross-functionally with the product, design, and founding teams. To excel in this role, you should bring to the table a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or performance-related positions, preferably within a startup or rapidly expanding product environment. You must possess strong analytical capabilities, a keen eye for crafting engaging content and campaigns, a willingness to navigate through ambiguity with a sense of urgency, and outstanding communication and project management skills.
