As our Growth Lead , you’ll sit at the intersection of Growth, Brand, and Sales , working directly with the CEO to build the brand, drive revenue, and lead cross-functional execution . What You'll Own: The brand and growth strategy for Study in Asia across key regions End-to-end growth experiments across paid, organic, referral, and lifecycle channels Lead generation, pipeline optimization, and sales enablement in partnership with our GTM team Design and execution of high-conversion student and agent acquisition campaigns Onboarding and re-engagement journeys that deliver real outcomes, not vanity metrics Building our data stack for growth: attribution, funnels, and retention tracking Agency management for SEO, performance marketing, CRO, and creative— you set the bar and drive the results About You: You’ve led or been part of growth teams at high-velocity startups or marketplaces You understand the real mechanics of growth : data + storytelling + fast feedback loop You're fluent in tools like HubSpot, FullStory, GA, GTM , and can pull your own data if needed You’ve worked cross-functionally with sales, product, and design—and you lead with clarity You don’t wait to be told what to do—you spot gaps, test hypotheses, and ship fast You have an edge— strategic enough to advise leadership, scrappy enough to build Daily Responsibilities: Launch, monitor, and optimize email campaigns, ads, landing pages, and referral loops Spot drop-offs and friction in our funnel—and fix them Collaborate with sales to align campaigns with field needs and agent/student feedback Lead feature launches and brand moments across owned and earned channels Build growth dashboards to measure what matters (and ignore what doesn’t) Minimum Qualifications: 2–4 years in a growth or marketing role, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, or Education Mobility startups Hands-on experience with CRM, funnel analytics, and lifecycle marketing Experience managing agencies or freelancers toward measurable ROI Comfortable navigating ambiguity, fast pivots, and 0-to-1 execution Compensation & Perks: Competitive salary based on experience Equity package available for top candidates Fully remote, flexible hours—work from anywhere in Asia or Europe Front-row seat to the rise of Asia in global education Future leadership opportunities as we scale Why Join Study in Asia?
