What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Growth & Outreach Intern to help us scale our merchant outreach engine. You’ll work directly with the founding team to identify potential brands that would benefit from Vakaru, research their leadership, and build high-quality prospect lists that power our sales and partnerships pipeline.

What You'll do:

• Research and identify brands in Vakaru’s target segments (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, home, etc.)
• Enrich brand data - find founders, CXOs, or growth heads on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Use enrichment tools (Apollo, Clay, RocketReach, etc.) to locate verified contact information
• Organize and maintain outreach databases (Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM tools)
• Support the team in preparing personalized outreach messages and campaign material
• Experiment with automation tools (Clueso, n8n, PhantomBuster, etc.) to improve workflow efficiency
• Track response rates and help refine our outreach strategy

Stipend:

• ₹6,000–₹8,000/month, based on experience + performance-based incentives for successful merchant onboarding.
