Atlys is looking for a Growth Intern who’s obsessed with online trends and knows how to turn content into growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the ins and outs of scaling social media communities while making a direct impact on Atlys’ online presence.

What You’ll Do

• Grow and manage 10–12 Atlys-affiliated subreddits.

• Post engaging and viral content regularly.

• Experiment with and execute growth strategies to boost reach and engagement.

• Spot viral trends across platforms and leverage them fast.

• Manage and grow 10 -15 Instagram pages.

• Use our in-house automation tools to simplify content creation and publishing.

What We’re Looking For

• A creative mindset with a knack for content ideas.

• Familiarity with AI tools and basic technical skills.

• No degree required - just curiosity, hustle, and creativity.

• Ability to spot trends early and jump on them.

• Comfortable managing multiple accounts at scale.
