What You'll Be Doing (Your Key Responsibilities): Business Development: Drive our growth by identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, sending personalised emails, and qualifying leads for our senior team. Digital Marketing Support: Assist in managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, supporting SEO activities, and helping execute email marketing campaigns. CRM Management: Maintain and update our lead database to ensure clean and effective data management. Analytics: Help monitor and report on the performance of our marketing initiatives. Who We're Looking For: An excellent communicator with strong spoken and written English skills. Someone genuinely interested and passionate about the digital marketing space. A proactive individual skilled in lead generation and social media marketing. Unique Requirement: We have a special interest in candidates who are studying or have a keen interest in Psychology! Available for a 6-month part-time internship and can work in a hybrid setup based in Gurgaon. What We Offer: Stipend: A fixed monthly pay of ₹4,000 - ₹8,000, plus performance-based incentives ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹15,000 per month. Flexibility: Flexible work hours and a 5-day work week.
