Are you passionate about the intersection of human psychology, marketing, and business growth? Sordit Digital is looking for a motivated and dynamic part-time intern to join our team in a hybrid role focusing on Business Development and Digital Marketing.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in two critical areas of business, helping us generate leads while supporting our vibrant online presence.

About Us:

What You'll Be Doing (Your Key Responsibilities):

• Business Development:

   Drive our growth by identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, sending personalised emails, and qualifying leads for our senior team.

• Digital Marketing Support:

   Assist in managing our social media channels, creating engaging content, supporting SEO activities, and helping execute email marketing campaigns.

• CRM Management:

   Maintain and update our lead database to ensure clean and effective data management.

• Analytics:

   Help monitor and report on the performance of our marketing initiatives.

Who We're Looking For:

• An excellent communicator with strong spoken and written English skills.
• Someone genuinely interested and passionate about the digital marketing space.
• A proactive individual skilled in lead generation and social media marketing.

• Unique Requirement:

   We have a special interest in candidates who are studying or have a keen interest in Psychology!
• Available for a 6-month part-time internship and can work in a hybrid setup based in Gurgaon.

What We Offer:

• Stipend:

   A fixed monthly pay of ₹4,000 - ₹8,000, plus performance-based incentives ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
