Growth Intern

Role Overview: You will be part of the noon Food team, a restaurant-first platform within the noon app, dedicated to revolutionizing the F&B delivery landscape in the Middle East. As a member of the team, you will work closely with the Growth manager to drive major missions forward and ensure the success of onsite & CRM strategies for Noon Food. Your role will involve supporting the design, execution, and analysis of campaigns, as well as quality checking the application and customer journey to provide a seamless experience for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Growth manager to develop onsite & CRM strategy for Noon Food - Align the onsite & CRM calendar with the campaign calendar - Assist in building, testing, and executing campaigns on the onsite & CRM tool, including data workflow and segmentation - Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to design and execute communication - Analyze campaign impact/uplift and generate regular performance reports - Conduct quality checks on the application to ensure error-free platform operation - Ensure a seamless customer journey through quality checks Qualifications Required: - Working towards a university degree in business administration or a related field; recent graduates are also welcome - Ability to independently generate ideas and solve problems - Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, and high-energy environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on collaboration - Strong history of teamwork and willingness to take initiative - Organized, flexible, and results-driven mindset Additional Details: noon is seeking individuals with high standards who value hard work and are relentlessly resourceful.
