Role: Growth Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term client partnerships

  1. Onboarding & Adoption

  • Ensure smooth onboarding, accelerate time-to-value, and drive adoption

  1. Account Reviews & Growth

  • Conduct business reviews, track KPIs, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities

  1. Customer Advocacy

  • Represent customer feedback internally to product and engineering teams

  1. Problem Resolution

  • Proactively address challenges in partnership with support/product teams

  1. Training & Enablement

  • Deliver workshops, training sessions, and resources for clients

  1. Data-Driven Insights

  • Analyze usage data to track engagement, identify risks, and recommend strategies

  1. Renewals & Retention

  • Partner with account management to secure renewals and expansion revenue

  1. Growth Consulting & Strategy

  • Advise clients on strategic initiatives to maximize business outcomes
