As we scale our online programs, we're looking for a Growth Consultant – Fitness & Wellness Coach to lead client conversations and coach our internal team to improve conversions. 🔐 Role Objective: To act as both a Growth Consultant – Fitness & Wellness Coach who guides the team, analyzes performance, and converts warm, pre-qualified leads (generated by our marketing team) into paying clients — not just by selling, but by deeply understanding the prospect’s problems, clearly communicating the benefits of our programs, and helping them visualize their transformation. Consultants will be trained on our discovery call script and emotional selling approach.
