What youll be doing

User Journey & Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of mapping & creating customer journeys across different product lines. This includes diving deep into data; segmenting users into various cohorts and tailoring personalised experiences to their specific stages within the product lifecycle.

Habit Loop Building for Active Users
Lapsed User Resurrection
Upsell/Cross-sell Campaigns
CRM Campaign Execution: Drive the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across all key channels, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications. This involves managing the entire campaign lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment and post-campaign analysis.
Campaign & Brief Development: Collaborate closely with product and design teams to develop campaign briefs. The objective is to craft campaigns that are not only appealing, but also have a positive impact on core metrics.

What youll need

1-2 years Experience: Possess 1-2 years of hands-on experience in growth or lifecycle marketing,
Hands-On Experience with CRM Tools: Have hands-on experience with at least one leading marketing automation platform or CRM system such as MoEngage or Clevertap.
Strong Data & Analytical Acumen: Keen to identify/ create growth opportunities by understanding data. Should possess strong analytical skills; nothing like being able to write your own SQL queries.
Curiosity to Experiment: Possess a curiosity to know more and a proactive mindset towards experimentation, consistently seeking opportunities to test new tactics and optimize existing metrics
