Growth Associates

Responsibilities

● Identify and onboard new coworking and coliving partners onto the platform.

● Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.

● Generate new leads through calls, meetings, and networking.

● Support sales strategies and assist in achieving revenue targets.

● Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

● Maintain sales reports and performance trackers.

● Represent the company at partner meetings and events. 

Eligibility Criteria:

● Graduate in Business, Hospitality, Aviation, or related fields.

● Freshers are welcome; prior internship or project experience in sales/client servicing is a plus.

● Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

● Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment.

● Gurgaon-based candidates or those willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
