Job Title: Community & Growth Manager Reports to: CEO / Head of Product & Marketing Location: Dubai (hybrid) or remote within ±4 hrs GMT+4 Type: Full-time 1. Why Clyra? Your mission is to turn early adopters into superfans—and superfans into evangelists who pull the next 10 K users in. 2. What You’ll Do Community Building (35 %) Design, launch, and moderate Clyra’s global student & parent community on Discord / Telegram and in-product forums KPIs: 20 K engaged members within 6 months; ≥ 35 % MoM active-to-engaged ratio Growth Experiments (25 %) Ideate, run, and measure rapid-fire growth sprints (ambassador programs, referral loops, viral content, influencer collaborations, campus events) KPIs: ≥ 3 validated acquisition channels; 20 % QoQ reduction in CAC Content & Social (15 %) Own the editorial calendar; publish snackable tips, memes, success stories, and webinars across IG Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube KPIs: 5 M monthly video views; ≥ 8 % click-through to the app User Research & Feedback Loops (10 %) Turn community insights into product backlog items; run monthly focus groups and NPS surveys KPIs: NPS > 45; 10 prioritized insights per quarter Partnerships (10 %) Forge relationships with tutoring centers, student clubs, ed-influencers, and education fairs KPIs: 30 partnership leads per quarter; 5 co-marketing campaigns Operations & Analytics (5 %) Build dashboards, automate ambassador payouts, manage swag inventory, and document playbooks KPIs: Clear OKR tracking; time-to-invoice < 3 days 3. You Might Be a Fit If You… Live & breathe community. You’ve run a Discord, Reddit, or Telegram group that actually thrived. Are a growth hacker at heart. You test, measure, and iterate—no vanity metrics. Speak Gen Z natively and can also present to school principals or investors. Write like a human, think like a data scientist. Threads and dashboards are both your playground. Have shipped PLG or ambassador programs at an EdTech, SaaS, or consumer app. Can operate solo or build a small team of interns/ambassadors quickly. 4. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years in community management, growth marketing, or product-led growth for a B2C tech product (EdTech a plus). Demonstrated track record of hitting user-growth goals (show the numbers). Comfort with tools: Discord/TG mods, Hootsuite or Buffer, HubSpot, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Figma/Canva, basic SQL or Looker dashboards. Fluent English; bonus points for Arabic, Hindi, 5. Nice-to-Haves Experience scaling a student ambassador or campus rep network. Familiarity with AI / LLM products or a personal interest in learning science. Prior work in MENA, India, or Southeast Asia education markets. Light design or video-editing chops (CapCut, Premiere Pro). 6. What Success Looks Like in 12 Months 50 K+ active community members with ≥40 % weekly engagement. 500 K registered users driven primarily by low-CAC community & referral loops.
