Description
As a Program Manager at Adobe, you will be directly involved in driving the design, development, and implementation of digital experiences for customers using leading Adobe digital experience solutions such as AEM, Commerce, Campaign, Analytics, Target, and AEP. Your role will include evaluating proposed solutions, assessing risks, planning implementations, supporting deliveries, and ensuring the overall success of programs. You will collaborate with Adobe consultants, customer leadership, Adobe Product Engineering team, and partners at various levels to oversee the delivery and acceptance of program scope as defined in the statement of work. Working with teams distributed across different geographies, you will report program status to leadership and manage internal and external stakeholder relations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs related to Adobe Digital Experience products. - Work closely with customers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful program outcomes. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and issues. - Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and drive continuous improvement. - Oversee resource allocation and ensure teams are well-equipped to meet program goals. - Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and tools. - Supervise program execution, lead changes and risks proactively, and partner with other teams to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time. - Identify and implement ways to improve processes and remove bottlenecks to enhance customer value delivery. **Qualifications Required:** - Overall, 20+ years of experience in Program Management. - Proven experience as a program manager, including client-facing program management. - Experience in delivering enterprise-scale web applications, data, or experience platforms. - Experience using various project delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid). - Experience working in a globally distributed delivery model. - Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Influencing and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships. - Superb organizational skills to coordinate complicated projects. - Exceptional team building and management skills. - Ability to understand the impact of technical changes and articulate high-level technical solutions. - Ability to build strong relationships and generate opportunities for repeat business.
