Key Responsibilities Carrying and implementing all microbiological studies for projects related to R&D Microbiological Control Solution formulation products for personal care, food application, and exterior & interior paints application and used as disinfectants. Understanding of fermentation, biological/enzymatic conversion processes. Maintenance of ‘Microbial Culturing/Clean room facility’ so that required microorganisms can be cultured in-house and studies can be done on time. Carrying out all microbiological studies of formulated products for biocides and ANU/HNU business. Responsible and executing all analytical activities related to effluent, water and wastewater treatment/management. Providing resolutions to customer queries/complaints received from Business, Quality control, Quality assurance and manufacturing plants for Ethanol and biocides business. Supervising all QC related Microbiological testing of Raw & finished products and water quality. Responsible and Maintaining Microbiological clean room lab and bio-analytical lab facilities for R&D MCS & ANU business, QC and Plants related microbiological analysis. Responsible of bio-analytical and microbiological support for R&D functions, Plant and QC. Responsible for biological effluent treatment methodologies & provide the solution for effluent treatment for all R&D functions The Person Qualifications: Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Microbiology/Biochemistry from one of the top institutes in the state or country. 5+ years of experience in the field. Working experience in effluent treatment will be preferred. Professional Skills: Proven track record in the field with extensive knowledge of Microbiology/Bio Chemistry. Knowledge on various effluent treatment methodologies will be preferred. Strong command over recent developments in the relevant field.
