Group Head - Social
. As a Social Media Analyst, your role revolves around conducting comprehensive social listening and sentiment analysis across various social media platforms. This involves identifying key trends, consumer sentiments, and brand mentions for the brand.

The candidate will have established a deep understanding of our current social media analytics tools and processes. They will actively contribute to ongoing projects, demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and providing valuable insights.
In six months,
The candidate is expected to lead initiatives aimed at optimizing social media strategies based on data-driven insights. This includes implementing improvements to measurement frameworks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall social media performance.
In twelve months,
The individual in this role will have played a pivotal role in elevating the social analytics function. They will have successfully implemented advanced analytics techniques, contributed to strategic decision-making, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Responsibilities Of The Role
- Conduct in-depth social listening and sentiment analysis across various social media platforms.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to interpret and present social media data in clear, actionable reports.
- Create and distribute periodic social and media reports for leadership, including daily, weekly, and quarterly reports, or custom reports as needed.
- Monitor and analyze social media conversations to identify emerging opportunities, potential risks, and competitor movements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and develop data-driven social media campaigns.
- Manage the influencer marketing process, from vetting potential influencers to evaluating the success of campaigns.
- Monitor influencer campaigns and measure their impact on brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, social media trends, and emerging technologies to enhance the effectiveness of social listening and influencer marketing efforts.
Skills And Experience
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in social media analytics and social listening.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and platforms, such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, or similar.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying social insights and trends, translating data into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive valuable insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate data-driven findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
