Group Head - Performance Marketing

Realatte Ventures is seeking a highly experienced Performance Marketing Head to lead and drive performance marketing strategies across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing and scaling successful paid media campaigns, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for optimizing customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility through strategic performance marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display Networks, and other digital platforms to achieve company growth goals. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketers to drive campaign success. Campaign Optimization: Oversee all aspects of paid media campaigns (strategy, execution, budget allocation) to maximize ROI. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze key metrics and use data insights to continuously improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives. Budget Management: Effectively manage multi-channel ad budgets to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and high-quality leads. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure alignment and cohesive marketing strategies. Market & Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing to implement innovative strategies. Reporting: Present detailed reports and performance insights to senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 4 years in an Agency. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital performance marketing channels. Proven success in scaling paid media campaigns across various platforms to meet revenue and acquisition goals. Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Insights, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Experience in managing large budgets and optimizing spend for maximum results. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and grow a high-performing team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data and insights to senior leadership.
