About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Head Media to lead and inspire our talented team at Dentsu Creative Digital Media Agency. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic, data-driven media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients . This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to play a key role in our agency's growth and success.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies that align with client objectives, audience insights, and market trends.
  • Lead the media buying process, leveraging programmatic tools and platforms to secure optimal placements and negotiate cost-effective deals.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital channels, including display, search, social, video, and native advertising.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Excel) to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners.
  • Lead and mentor a team of media specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to clients.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital media trends and innovations.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media strategy and advertising, with a strong track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic media buying, including tools like Google DV360, Xandr, AppNexus, etc.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in Excel and advanced analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A passion for the digital media landscape and a keen interest in staying ahead of the curve.
  • A creative understanding of marketing principles is a plus.
