Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate Green Building Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in evaluating, documenting and implementing sustainable strategies for projects pursuing IGBC, GRIHA, LEED, and other green certifications. This role involves technical analysis, sustainability assessments, and coordination with multidisciplinary design teams to achieve high-performance building outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the project team in green building certification processes (IGBC/GRIHA/LEED/EDGE, etc.) from registration to certification.
• Conduct energy, water, and material efficiency analyses for building projects.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, calculations, and compliance reports for rating systems.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, and clients to integrate sustainability strategies into the design process.
• Perform simulation-based analyses (e.g., daylight, thermal comfort, energy modelling) as required.
• Assist in conducting site assessments and sustainability audits.
• Stay updated on evolving green building codes, sustainability standards and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Building Science, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of experience in sustainability or green building consulting (freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome).
• Knowledge of IGBC, LEED, and GRIHA rating systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Design Builder, Climate Consultant, or similar.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Passion for sustainability and a proactive learning attitude.
