Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques, business process modeling, and documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart). Experience working in an agile development environment, with knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive product improvements. Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
