1. 5+ Experience in Sustainability Field - Proven Experience in Business Development, Sales, etc
2. Aware of LEED, IGBC, GRIHA , GEM and Other Reporting Systems
3. Dealt with Real estate Developers and have connect with the Manufacturing Domain
4. Travel Extensively to Metros
5. Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
6. Self Motivated and Target Oriented.
