Key Responsibilities: - Perform account settings validation and reporting across Valueaddco and LMS domains.
-Monitor and manage contractor accounts for compliance and lifecycle accuracy.
-Identify and report inactive accounts based on defined thresholds.
-Track and validate disabled accounts to ensure proper deactivation procedures.
-Conduct exit checks to confirm account and access termination.
-Review and report on admin exceptions for policy adherence.
-Monitor shared and service accounts for proper usage and compliance.
- Analyze stale PC check-in data to identify unused or dormant endpoints.
- Support Common Compliance ASAT testing activities.
- Analyze audit data and other processes to support compliance initiatives.
- Understand and execute current compliance processes effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve process effectiveness and expand scope of account verification checks.
- Review and enhance PowerShell and VBA scripts to improve automation and reporting.
- Provide support during IT audits and ensure timely and accurate responses.
Strong understanding of account lifecycle management and compliance principles.
- Experience with PowerShell and VBA scripting for automation and reporting.
- Familiarity with audit processes and compliance testing (e.g., ASAT).
- Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation
skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a remote/offshore model.
Required Certifications: - Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)- CompTIA Security+- ITIL Foundation- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
