You’ll craft scroll-stopping social posts, ad creatives, landing visuals, light motion cuts, and AI-assisted visuals that still feel human and on-brand.What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)Social & Ad Creatives: Design static posts, carousel sets, banners, thumbnails, and performance ad variants (A/B/C) for Meta/Google/LinkedIn.AI Image Generation: Write effective prompts, iterate for accuracy, maintain character/brand consistency, upscale/clean up outputs, and finish in Photoshop.Basic Motion/Video: Create simple video edits (5–30s reels, GIFs, cutdowns, text animations) using Premiere Pro/CapCut/After Effects (basic).Brand Consistency: Follow brand books; set up color/type systems and export templates for speed & scale.Retouching & Composites: High-quality cutouts, product retouching, lighting fixes, background cleanup, and realistic composites.File Hygiene: Organize PSD/AI files with proper layers, naming, smart objects, and export presets.Collaboration: Work with copywriters, performance marketers, and 3D/UGC teams to translate briefs into efficient visual systems.Quality & Speed: Deliver quick drafts, iterate from feedback, and hit daily/weekly creative targets.Must-Have SkillsAdobe Photoshop (strong); Illustrator (good to have), Lightroom (basic).AI Prompting: Midjourney or SDXL or Firefly; comfort with prompt structure, seeds, negative prompts, multi-prompt blends, and upscalers.Simple Video: Premiere Pro or CapCut; basic motion in After Effects (titles, masks, transitions).Design Fundamentals: Layout, hierarchy, typography, color, grid systems, and visual storytelling.Export Mastery: Social sizes (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9), web banners, and lightweight exports without quality loss.Attention to Detail: Pixel-perfect alignment, clean masking, natural shadows/reflections, human skin treatment.Good-to-Have (Bonus)Figma for quick mockups; Canva for fast turnarounds.Runway/Gen-2 or Pika for AI video tests; Topaz/AI upscalers.Basic 3D sense (Blender/C4D) or familiarity with LUTs/color grading.Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPM, Thumb-stop rate) and how creative impacts ads.Tools You’ll UsePhotoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere/CapCut, After Effects (basic), Midjourney/SDXL/Firefly, Runway (nice), Google Drive, Slack, Notion/Jira (as applicable).Experience & Education1–4 years in a design role or a strong portfolio (freshers welcome if portfolio is solid).Degree/diploma in Design/Visual Comms is a plus—not mandatory.KPIs / What Success Looks Like (Quarterly)On-time delivery rate ≥ 95%.Creative pass rate (approved without rework) ≥ 80%.Ad creative performance uplift (e.g., +15–30% CTR vs. baseline on at least one variant/month).Library growth: 20–40 reusable templates/components per quarter.File hygiene score in reviews (naming, layers, exports) ≥ 8/10.Sample Day9:30–10: Stand-up + brief intake.10–1: AI concept gen (3–5 options), Photoshop cleanup, layout passes.2–5: Carousel + ad variants; one simple reel edit; exports & drive upload.5–6: Feedback fixes + next-day prep.Portfolio Requirements (attach links)6–10 best pieces: social carousels, ad creatives, composites/retouch, one branding set.2 before/after AI-to-Photoshop case studies (show prompt → raw → final).1 simple video/reel (cut, captions, light motion).Optional: prompt samples or a short Loom explaining your process.Quick Screening Task (paid micro-task if needed)We’ll share a 2-line brief + 3 references.
