About the role

We’re looking for a Web & Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team at an exciting time — we’re kicking off a major overhaul of our website and ramping up our marketing output. You’ll help bring our brand to life across web, product, and digital campaigns, working on a mix of fresh designs and refining work provided by other designers.

Your day-to-day might include updating website pages in Webflow, creating marketing collateral for social media and campaigns, and working with our development team to improve the visual polish of our flagship product, FACT ERP.NG. You’ll be encouraged to work efficiently, choosing the right tools for the job — from quick-turnaround design platforms to professional design software — to deliver high-quality results on time. Responsibilities

• Maintain and update our Webflow website so content is current, accurate, follows best SEO practices and is visually engaging
• Create clear, compelling marketing materials for digital, social media, and campaign use
• Apply and adapt established design guidelines, standards, and best practices for FACT ERP.NG, our flagship product
• Ensure brand consistency across the website, product, and marketing assets, working closely with our UI/UX designers
• Work efficiently, selecting the right tools for quick-turnaround projects as well as more detailed design work
• Stay informed on design trends, web standards, and relevant technology tools
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, on-time designs

Who we're looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in web design and graphic design for digital media
• Strong portfolio showing both web and marketing design work, with attention to detail and consistency
• Experienced Webflow designer
• Proficient with graphic design tools, from quick-turnaround platforms like Canva to professional software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and deliver on deadlines
• Clear communication skills and experience collaborating with remote or distributed teams
• Comfortable managing up — keeping stakeholders informed, clarifying requirements, and aligning expectations
• Takes ownership of their work from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality output
• Enjoys switching between web updates, and marketing creative work
• Basic front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JS) to make small website changes and ensure designs are implemented correctly

Role details

• Compensation

  : Compensation will range from ₹3,00,000-5,00,000 depending on candidate experience.

• Location

  : We require candidates to work onsite at our Indian headquarters in Kolkata.

• Start date

  : We’d like a candidate to start as soon as possible after receiving an offer.
