About Our Client:

Their India-based operations serve as a strategic hub, offering high-quality services in Creative Design, Technology, Data & Analytics, Market Research, Business Support, Media Services, and Consulting. As they continue to grow, they are looking for passionate professionals to join their expanding team.


Role Overview:

This is a dynamic opportunity that involves:

  • Deep expertise in graphic design for both print and digital media
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical brand marketing
  • Conceptualizing and developing creative ideas for global campaigns
  • Leading and mentoring junior designers
  • Ensuring consistent quality and adherence to best practices
  • Meeting client expectations and service level agreements


Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience

    in integrated creative production, preferably in an agency or studio serving healthcare and pharmaceutical brands
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, copywriting, and strategy teams to develop visual narratives aligned with business goals
  • Ability to ensure all visual content adheres to brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and platform-specific specifications
  • Skills to create templates, design systems, and scalable assets for recurring use
  • Capability to provide art direction and design recommendations based on audience and campaign objectives
  • Expertise in maintaining visual consistency across formats like landing pages, social media carousels, email templates, and presentations
  • Experience reviewing and refining assets created by junior designers, offering constructive feedback and quality assurance
  • Awareness of industry trends and a proactive approach to introducing innovative design formats, techniques, and tools
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Willingness to participate in project scoping, estimation, and stakeholder reviews
  • Discipline in file management and version control within online server systems
  • Precision in executing marked-up changes across materials such as flashcards, banner ads, emails, websites, and videos
  • Flexibility to resize approved materials (e.g., journal ads, banner ads, emails for mobile)
  • Ownership of final production and delivery to vendors or internal developers
  • Understanding of agency workflows, timelines, and deliverables
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
  • Capacity to manage a high volume of projects across multiple clients
