Job Description

SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content operations (articles and videos): lead the day-to-day operations with quality and scale. This includes leading the execution of international content roadmaps.
  • Content optimization: optimize existing pieces of content to improve performance.
  • Content promotion and distribution: develop on-going, and repeatable strategies to promote and distribute content to increase performance.
  • Performance reporting: analyze and report on KPIs to track progress and identify opportunities for further enhancement.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Manage on-page SEO: meta tags, structured data, URL structures, internal linking, and content optimization.
  • Oversee off-page SEO: backlink acquisition, authority building, and partnership outreach.
  • Collaborate with developers to enhance technical SEO: page speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Research and implement targeted keyword strategies to improve rankings and organic visibility.
  • Optimize web content to perform well on AI-driven answer engines and voice search (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).
  • Implement structured data, schema markup, and FAQ-rich snippets for enhanced discoverability.
  • Experiment with content formatting and contextual authority signals to increase prophaze’s inclusion in AI-driven responses.
  • Track and analyze LLM visibility metrics and build frameworks to measure organic influence beyond traditional SERPs.
  • Analyze SEO KPIs - organic traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, domain authority, and LLM mentions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience creating and executing SEO strategy.
  • Any bachelor degree - technical background is added advantage
  • Ability to create a compelling content marketing roadmap meeting program growth targets and GTM business objectives. This spans from identifying strategic customer pain points to conducting keyword research, delivering content briefs to copy writers, and seeing-through to the delivery of the final product.
  • Well-versed in SEO content production best practices, roadmap creation, topic selection, brand messaging, and voice/tone guidelines.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks while maintaining consistent quality in work output.
  • Strong international SEO skills, including ability to develop coordinated global and local content.
  • Proficient in content management system (CMS) infrastructure as it pertains to content marketing, with 3 years of direct experience. Ability to understand the connection between user-experience and CMS, and apply this to deliver positive content marketing outcomes.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEMRush/other SEO tools for campaign insights.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to continuously improve performance and organic growth.
  • Create detailed dashboards and monthly reports for leadership review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
