Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Graphic Designer with 3 years of experience to design user-friendly digital interfaces and visually compelling graphics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating seamless user experiences, wireframes, prototypes, and engaging design assets that align with brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web, mobile apps, and digital platforms. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve design effectiveness. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver user-centered solutions. Develop graphic assets, illustrations, icons, and visual content for branding and marketing. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and responsive across devices. Stay updated with UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices. Optimize design processes to improve overall product usability and aesthetics. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field. 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design. Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (preferred but not mandatory). Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design work. Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Key Competencies: User-centered design thinking. Strong eye for typography, color, and layout. Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
