About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer with 0–2 years of experience to join our design team. This is an exciting opportunity for a budding designer to bring ideas to life across digital and print media. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and content teams to create visually compelling assets that align with brand guidelines and project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce digital and print materials including social media graphics, web banners, marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, infographics, and more
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Ensure consistency in visual identity and brand standards across all materials
• Assist in the creation of visual content for websites, campaigns, and advertisements
• Edit and retouch images for use in various media
• Maintain organized files and version control of all design assets
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (internships, freelance, or academic projects are acceptable)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of design principles
• Basic understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and web design basics
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends
• Understanding of print production processes

Pay: ₹11,355.03 - ₹36,255.04 per month
