We are a fast-growing brand looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who not only understands design aesthetics but also knows what makes an ad perform. If you’ve previously created winning static ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns and have hands-on experience in packaging and branding, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-converting

  static ad creatives

  for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to continuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
• Work on

  product packaging design

  , ensuring it aligns with the brand’s identity and appeals to target audiences.
• Support the development of brand identity elements including logos, brand guidelines, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling designs across digital and print formats.
• Stay updated with the latest design and advertising trends, particularly in

  e-commerce and D2C

  sectors.
• Ensure all deliverables maintain a consistent look and feel aligned with brand standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience

  in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  high-performing Meta ad creatives

  and packaging/branding work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how creative impacts them.
• Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D packaging design.
