To accelerate growth, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founder across every business function. This is not a typical corporate role—it’s a startup leadership apprenticeship for someone ambitious, resourceful, and ready to grow into a future leader. Role Overview As Chief of Staff, you will be the founder’s right hand—managing operations, projects, and people while ensuring the founder’s time is spent on the highest-leverage priorities. You’ll work on tech, AI, marketing, product development, research, stakeholder management, and operations, while also handling executive responsibilities like calendar, travel, and legal coordination. Key Responsibilities Strategic Projects: Lead and execute cross-functional projects in tech, AI, product, and marketing. Research & Insights: Conduct deep research on markets, competitors, and emerging opportunities. Marketing & Growth: Work closely with marketing teams to brainstorm, test, and optimize campaigns. Product Development: Assist in ideation, prototyping, and execution of new product launches. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with investors, partners, lawyers, agencies, and other key stakeholders. Founder’s Office Ops: Manage founder’s calendar, emails, meetings, travel bookings, and legal/financial paperwork. Execution & Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges, find solutions, and ensure smooth execution of tasks. Leadership Prep: Shadow the founder, learn decision-making frameworks, and gradually take ownership of strategic responsibilities. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in consulting, startups, strategy, or a founder’s office role. Strong background (or keen interest) in tech, AI, marketing, or product management. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills. High ownership, adaptability, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
