Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graphic Designer based in Kochi, with some remote work flexibility. The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling graphics for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. Responsibilities include developing logo designs, ensuring effective use of typography, and maintaining brand consistency across all creative projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to delivering impactful designs that align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design
• Skills in Logo Design, Branding, and Typography
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar
• Experience in creating designs optimized for digital and print media
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong creative vision
• Ability to communicate design ideas effectively and work collaboratively with teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

Experience and Skill

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media creative work across multiple brands/industries
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• Experience with Canva and willingness to explore AI design tools
• Understanding of social media platform specifications and best practices
• Ability to design for diverse industries and adapt to different brand voices

Technical Competencies

• Strong typography, color theory, and composition skills
• Knowledge of current social media design trends and formats
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
• File management and organization skills

• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Collaborative mindset and receptiveness to feedback

Preferred Qualification

• Experience using AI design tools (Napkin.ai, Gemini, Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.)
• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic video editing
• Understanding of content strategy and social media marketing
• Experience working with content calendars and scheduling tools
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tool
