Experience in managing and developing new client relationships within the full lifecycle of the account - from onboarding, ongoing account management, technical troubleshooting, to reporting. The ability of being meticulous, detail oriented and focused in driving daily conversations and deliverables (internal & external). This role also requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life. Understanding of B2B marketing of digital technology products and solutions is a must. Your Primary Responsibilities will include: Thinking for social and digital while ensuring client delight Managing key projects with efficient execution across cross-functional teams Cracking briefs, processing and executing client projects independently Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of projects Maintaining trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service usage Driving and increasing value across existing clients. Planning, strategizing and execution of campaigns Creating monthly and quarterly reports to determine efficacy and meet KPIs.
