Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Teach and mentor students across diploma and degree programs in Graphic Design.
Deliver lectures on core subjects such as:
Branding & Visual Identity
UI/UX Design
Typography
Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
Motion Graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro preferred)
Digital Illustration & Layout Design
Develop and update curriculum in alignment with industry trends.
Guide students through portfolio development and live project execution.
Conduct workshops, design critiques, and classroom activities to encourage experimentation and innovation.
Assist in planning exhibitions, guest lectures, and student showcases.
Contribute to student assessments, academic audits, and internal evaluations.

Qualifications:

Diploma/ Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
2+ years of teaching or industry experience preferred.
Strong command of design tools: Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and fostering creativity.
Up-to-date with current design trends, industry practices, and digital tools.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of AR/VR tools, 3D design, or creative coding is a plus.
Previous experience in curriculum development is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
