We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our admissions and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into walk-ins and admissions through effective communication and persuasion skills. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain courses, benefits, and admission procedures. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns. Maintain a strong pipeline of interested prospects and nurture leads through regular follow-ups. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Maintain records of calls and student interactions using the CRM system. Schedule and coordinate counselling appointments and campus visits. Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and career opportunities. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduation in any stream. Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or admissions counselling (Education sector preferred). Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Target-driven and self-motivated. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in the education industry. Ability to handle high call volumes with a positive attitude. Good understanding of student psychology and career counselling techniques. Benefits: Competitive salary with attractive incentives.
