Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare customer-supplied artwork files for platemaking/printing.
• Perform quality checks on files (fonts, resolution, color modes, bleeds, dielines, trapping, etc.).
• Make necessary corrections to ensure print compatibility and quality.
• Create and manage impositions, layouts, and templates as per job specifications.
• Generate proofs (digital or hardcopy) for customer and internal approval.
• Ensure accurate color management and calibration of proofing systems.
• Work closely with the design, production, and printing teams to ensure smooth job flow.
• Maintain proper documentation and backup of print-ready files.
• Maintain equipment and software used in prepress department.
• Innovate/participate with other teams to improve the design and development process of jobs .

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in DTP/prepress or a similar role preferably in Flexographic printing(Packaging design experience is a bonus).
• Intermediate-strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Understanding of printing processes (flexographic, offset or gravure or digital).
• Knowledge of color theory, trapping, and printing standards (ISO, Pantone).
• Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Good mathematical, communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Esko, ArtPro, or similar packaging prepress software is a bonus.

Education

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, or a related field

Communication skills:

Able to speak or write English, Hindi/Marathi(Basic)

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
