Quality Control Executive(Printing & Packaging)

As a Quality Control Executive with 1-2 years of printing press experience, your role will involve ensuring the quality standards of printed products in the Printing/Packaging industry. You should have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with a bonus if you hold a Bachelor's(BE/BSc./B. Tech.) or Diploma in Engineering. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting Raw Material Inspection and evaluating finished printed products for defects - Tracking jobs In-Process (Printing & Post printing) for quality-related procedures - Making Out Going COA (Certificate of Analysis) - Providing Lab Instrument Maintenance Updates - Conducting customer specification analysis & comparing against actual results - Assisting in the development of quality control procedures and testing protocols to reduce production defects - Assisting in trials of new materials along with production teams & giving constructive feedback to concerned departments - Improving processes & training individuals to minimize customer complaints - Preparing new job shade cards as per customer reference (Artwork, proofs, and samples) The company is located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, and requires you to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. Your experience in the printing press industry for at least 1 year is required for this role. Your work location will be in person. Please note that you should have basic knowledge of Machine Operations, Material Handling, and Computer Operations (Microsoft Office, Google etc.) to excel in this position.
