Key Responsibilities: Review and prepare customer-supplied artwork files for platemaking/printing. Perform quality checks on files (fonts, resolution, color modes, bleeds, dielines, trapping, etc.). Make necessary corrections to ensure print compatibility and quality. Create and manage impositions, layouts, and templates as per job specifications. Generate proofs (digital or hardcopy) for customer and internal approval. Ensure accurate color management and calibration of proofing systems. Work closely with the design, production, and printing teams to ensure smooth job flow. Maintain proper documentation and backup of print-ready files. Maintain equipment and software used in prepress department. Innovate/participate with other teams to improve the design and development process of jobs . Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in DTP/prepress or a similar role preferably in Flexographic printing(Packaging design experience is a bonus). Intermediate-strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat). Understanding of printing processes (flexographic, offset or gravure or digital). Knowledge of color theory, trapping, and printing standards (ISO, Pantone). Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy and deadlines. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs simultaneously. Good mathematical, communication and teamwork skills. Experience with Esko, ArtPro, or similar packaging prepress software is a bonus.
